Overview
In certain deployment scenarios when using patches you may want to disable the automatic North52 Solution linking.
North52 Solution linking is the process after a North52 Formula is created where an associated web-resource is automatically placed inside the selected deployment solution.
Process Steps
- Ensure you are on North52 version 1.0.0.642 or higher
- Open the North52 App on your Dynamics 365 instance
- Open the North52 Configuration record
- Click on the System Settings tab
- Set the field called Publish Settings to the following value DisableLiteRetrieve|DisableSolutionLinking
- Click Save
Notes
- As this setting change is made on the North52 Configuration record you need to make the change listed on all environments where you need this feature disabled.
- Typically this change would only be on the system where you are applying the patches.
