How to - Manually change the Owner of North52 BPA Formulas, Schedules, Data Packages and xCache Records

Overview

This article will show you how to change the ownership of North52 formulas, Schedules, Data Packages and xCache Records in your Dynamics 365 instance.

Scenario

A user that has created multiple North52 business rules has left your company and you want to reassign their license. Before you disable the user you should carry out the following steps to ensure the smooth running of your North52 business rules.

Formulas, xCache Records & Data Packages

Select all the relevant formulas and click on the Assign button in the ribbon bar

Schedules

Schedules are slightly different since they create workflows inside your Dynamics 365 environment.

It is a 3-step process for each schedule

1. Stop the Schedule
2. Reassign the Schedule
3. Start the schedule
