Overview
If you are using an IP address to access Dynamics 365 and some North52 components do not work, we recommend using the named server to access your system.
Resolution
Please follow these steps to get the named server:
- Go to Setting > Customization > Developer Resources
- Under Instance Web API > Service Root URL note the named server part of the URL highlighted below:
- Access your environment using this named server i.e. https://north52demo02.crm4.dynamics.com
