Overview
When you have many hundreds of Formulas, being able to effectively manage them is important. North52 is embedded into Dynamics 365 so you have all the sorting and filtering capabilities you find with other entities. We make it easy for you by providing Category and Sub Category fields to help you group related Formulas into meaningful sets.
Use the Category and Sub Category Fields
When you are in the Formula Editor the Category and Sub Category Fields are located in the header area on the top right:
Click to open the Header fields editor form and add Category and Sub Category values:
Create a View to suit your needs
You can build a view to help you manage your Formulas for the way you work. Below is an example showing how Insurance Commission Calculation Formulas have been Categorized and a View built to display the relevant information:
