0:13 I'm going to show you how it integrates
0:15 with Bing translate to do all the
0:16 translations and it's gonna be using a
0:18 new feature called real-time workflows
0:21 there the main scenario is that we have
0:25 a global company and its headquarter
0:28 within the United States so the base
0:30 language our global language is English
0:32 that they use but they've got lots of
0:33 regional offices in Germany France Japan
0:37 Thailand etc and what in what they want
0:41 to be able to do is allow those local
0:43 offices to put the notes on a conch
0:46 record or a contact record in their in
0:48 the local language but have a a
0:50 real-time translation of the of the
0:52 global language in English so to give
0:55 you an example of that we've got two
0:57 fields here the local language field and
0:59 the global description for the language
1:02 so I'm just gonna put in a very simple
1:08 French expression and hit save so behind
1:13 the scenes there's a a real-time
1:15 workflow which is a new feature from CRM
1:17 2013 it's using process genie and it's
1:20 effectively going out to call the Bing
1:23 Translator API it's coming back and as
1:25 you can see there it's translated merci

2:05 when it's the record is created or when
2:08 the fields change and that's the
2:09 description field and all it does is it
2:11 calls the north
2:13 choose a processed genie and that in
2:15 effect the process genie is made up of
2:18 just this formula that we have here and
2:20 you can see here we have a call to the
2:22 translate function which is translating
2:24 it to the based language of English and
2:26 then it's performing an update on the
2:30 global language description field called
2:33 global description so hopefully there
2:35 you can see how easy it is to add
2:37 real-time translations to your Dynamics
