0:04 hi everyone
0:05 patrick from north52 here in this video
0:08 i'm going to demonstrate the steps
0:10 needed to deploy
0:11 north52 for powerapps portals it is
0:14 assumed in this video that you have an
0:16 existing dynamics
0:17 environment with nord52 installed
0:20 and that a powerapps portal has already
0:22 been deployed
0:25 the installation process was deployed
0:27 the following tierdynamics environment
0:29 a web template a page template a web
0:32 page
0:33 a web page access control rule a web
0:36 file
0:37 an annotation or note on that web file
0:40 and an
0:40 entity permission in order to deploy
0:43 north52 for powerapps portals
0:46 you will need some information which i
0:48 will show you now where to find in your
0:50 portal management app
0:52 the first piece of data we need is the
0:54 name of the website
0:55 so we select websites from the left hand
0:57 side
0:58 this is a community portal website so we
1:01 note down the name
1:02 community portal next we open up the
1:06 website
1:07 and identify its primary language in
1:09 this case
1:10 the primary language of this website
1:12 portal is english
1:15 we also need the name of the roof web
1:18 page
1:19 here it's home
1:22 now we get the name of the publishing
1:24 state that identifies published records
1:26 in most cases it is just published but
1:29 if you're using a different language
1:31 than english that could be different
1:34 finally we need the name of the web role
1:36 for logged in users
1:37 in this case authenticated users we will
1:40 need to navigate
1:41 to admin.powerplatform.com and open your
1:45 environment settings
1:47 in the search bar type blocked and then
1:49 select blocked attachments from the
1:51 options
1:53 then we will delete js for javascript
1:56 from the list of options
1:57 and click the save button
2:02 next we want to open the note52 app and
2:05 select
2:06 administration operations this would
2:08 produce a pop out on the right hand side
2:10 of the screen
2:11 where we select portal install as the
2:13 operation we want
2:16 as you can see a skeleton of the data we
2:18 need is already in the parameters box
2:21 and the sample is in the comments box we
2:23 just change the sample data website name
2:25 to community portal
2:27 and use the other options as they match
2:29 our portal
2:30 then we click execute
2:39 this process can take up to a minute to
2:41 complete
2:43 when it is done you will need to return
2:45 to admin.powerplatform.com
2:47 and add the block and javascript
2:50 extensions back
2:51 and then click save
2:56 this process will install all necessary
2:58 components
2:59 for North52 to operate in powerapps
3:01 portals
