1:32 these figures are based on the vessel's
1:34 tonnage and the fact that the final port

1:41 tonnage rates we can see a match on row

1:49 european union therefore the price per
1:51 unit is set at 0.5 euros and the
1:55 quantity is set to the vessel's gross

2:18 gross tonnage is greater than 8 000 and
2:21 we didn't provide a quantity so that is
2:23 less than three therefore the price per
2:26 unit is set to 637 euros the quantity is
2:29 set to the minimum of three and the
2:30 description is also set
