0:05 give a quick demonstration of moving
0:07 some North52 formulas x cache records
0:10 and a schedule from a development
0:11 environment to a production dynamics 365
0:14 environment by default north52 formulas
0:18 schedules and xcache records are created
0:20 in the North52 business process
0:22 activities deployment solution
0:25 in this case though i am going to
0:26 separate them out into a custom solution
0:28 called demo solution 2.
0:32 i have three formulas two x cache
0:34 records and one schedule that i want to
0:36 move
0:37 my formulas i open them and navigate to
0:40 the register tab and expand the
0:42 deployment node i select the correct
0:44 solution and click save
0:48 i do this for all the formulas that i
0:50 wish to move
1:16 next i open my schedule select system
1:19 settings and then select the solution
1:21 from the dropdown
1:29 now i open my xcache records
1:32 select the general tab
1:34 and select the deployment solution from
1:36 the dropdown
1:50 when i open my solution in
1:52 make.powerapps.com
1:54 i can see that the web resources for the
1:56 formulas
1:57 xcash records and schedule have all been
1:59 added
2:02 i export this solution
2:04 it can be exported as managed if desired
2:06 but in this instance i will be exporting
2:08 it as unmanaged
2:16 this is my destination dynamics 365
2:18 environment
2:20 and in here i will import my solution
2:28 when the import finishes i click publish
2:30 all customizations
2:34 after the publish all customizations has
2:36 completed
2:37 i open the north52 app in my destination
2:40 environment
2:41 here are my three formulas
2:44 here is my schedule
2:46 and here are my xcash records
2:51 in this video we demonstrated how to
2:53 move North52 formulas schedules and x
2:55 cache records from a source environment
