Often during development cycles the name of a form will change - these steps will explain how to successfully change a form name and still ensure that your ClientSide formulas will continue to work successfully.

Applies to North52 BPA Version 517 and higher.

Steps to be carried out 

1 - Changing the Form Name

Navigate to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System and change the form name as desired.

2 - Formulas

For each formula that is connected to the newly renamed form.

  • Re-selected the source fields
  • Save the formula
  • Click N52 Commands -> Publish Formula

3 - Moving between environments

After the formulas have been saved you can export them into next environment as normal - the only caveat is that you must have the new form already in your target system.
